On-site scheduled activities/classes include aquafit, tennis, tai chi, yoga, painting, exercise, billiards, golf and putting competitions, badminton, pickleball, bridge and coffee klatch.

Many residents become involved by participating in various committees such as: Finance, Social, Recreation and Sports, Physical Resources, House, Grounds, Safety and Security, Waste Management and Recycling.

There are over 75 resident volunteers on the Board and participating in the various committees and activities.
